OpenStudy (cyclone3260):

What is the center of the circle that has a diameter whose endpoints are (-3, -5) and (-11, -7)

OpenStudy (shamil98):

graph it, and look at the center, is probably the easiest way..

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

\[midpoint formula: (\frac{ x _{2}+x _{1} }{ 2 } , \frac{ y _{2}+y _{1} }{ 2 })\] when given points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) so when given the points (-3, -5) and (-11, -7) ^ ^ ^ ^ how they line up would be what you would plug in for :) hoped this helped!

OpenStudy (shamil98):

that's if you want to do all that work, just finding the center by graphing the points is pretty easy.
