Limits help

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

\[\Large If~~ \mathbb{f}~~and~~\mathbb{g}~~are~~continuous~~functions~~with~~\] \[\LARGE \mathbb{f(2)=3}~and\] \[\LARGE\lim_{x \rightarrow }~[3f(x)-g(x)]=5\] \[\LARGE \mathbb{find~~g(2)}\]

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

That's suppose to be x->2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use limits law

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lim x->a [f(x) + g(x)] = limx->a f(x) + lim x-> a g(x)

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

So based on that .. \[\LARGE \lim_{x \rightarrow 2}~g(2)=4\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3f(x) - 5 3(3) - 5 = 4 yep

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Alright, thanks again~
