please help ... how to make a c++ syntax/program 2 dimensional arrays that perform the following; //Perfect Square //store's [3][3] array //enter 9 values by the user //it has 6 sums but it will be 7 sums by adding element like 11,22,33, therefore its diagonal //it will compare the sums //it also make a table //the program will also ask if your table if "The square is perfect." or "It's not perfect.square" //and then if your answer is the same with the all sum then the program will say "Perfect square" if not "It's not perfect"

Well, what did you get so far? Where is it giving you problems?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm still in the brain storming, what code should i put in the program to get the perfect square ??

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, are floating point numbers or fractions going to be allowed?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no... its no allowed

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

OK. That will make a large part of the math easier. Also, what do you mean by the table is a perfect square?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1391622085978:dw| the table is like this and inside of that table are the 9 values input by the user

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

And it talks about these seven sums: |dw:1391622339598:dw| But what is being tested to see if it is square?
