what should i do after i download the course?
Have fun. Try things out. Install 2.7.2 for your platform if you don't want to learn how to convert the code to 3.x. Ask questions here. And if you need mroe references, got tons of free ones. The big thing about programming is trying things out while getting some direction from an actual computer science class where they teach you good habits rather than bad. Well, the MIT class will help there, and there are plenty of references to cover the rest.
Make something really simple and stupid and don't worry about how terrible it is. It's your first few programs, and everyone's are bad, but you should be enjoying that you're starting a journey to be able to control electronics to do things for you! The more things you make, the more ideas you'll have of other fun things to make and you'll get ideas of how to improve your other stuff and you'll slowly get better and better and learn more and more and you'll enjoy it much more rather than feeling like it's difficult.
Watch the first few lectures over and over again. Work on Problem Set and ask question here on Open Study.
These were given to me from E.Mccormick. http://thenewboston.org/list.php?cat=36 (First 10 videos) http://www.tutorialspoint.com/python/index.htm
