U.S. Groups of the Late 1700s and Early 1800s Women Children Indentured Servants Native Americans African Americans Working Class Why did all of the groups listed above lack a strong voice in government? my best guess would be the first one, they were all poorly educated. The working class narrows the answer down to poorly educated because the working class could vote, own property, were U.S. Citizens, but were poorly educated.
