PLEASE HELP ME

OpenStudy (kmullis6):

An independent clause contains a subject and a verb and makes sense on its own is missing a subject but makes sense on its own is missing a subject and cannot stand on its own is missing either a subject or a verb and cannot stand alone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

independent clause is a clause that can stand by itself. An independent clause contains a subject and a predicate; it makes sense by itself. Independent clauses can be joined by using a semicolon or by using a comma followed by a coordinating conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (kmullis6):

@AllHaleTheKing I had this last question, and realized that wouldn't make sense because it doesn't have independent clause as a choice... A group of words that includes a subject and verb and makes sense on its own is a sentence dependent clause fragment comma splice

OpenStudy (anonymous):
