how do you find the speed of a object from a distance time graph? If a graph needs to be provided for you to help me, just let me know.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Speed is the slope of a distance-time graph.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Or if it's not a straight line graph, the speed would be the average rate of change. Speed is just total distance divided by total time.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay cool. Thank you I just had to make sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, agent0smith's right. The slope of the graph.
