standard from is ax + by + c = 0 where c is a constant term...:D

This is late but for future visitors that want to check their answers, x and y (any letter) are the variables and the constant they are talking about is the number without variables. x=x, y=6, constant=5. So it's A. –x + 6y = 5. Got it correct on the test. :)
