Your numerator isn't too difficult to simplify. You find two factors of 20, than when manipulated, can give you 1. In this case, it's 4 and 5.
You get (x-4)(x+5)
For your denominator, you have to take X out. So you'll get x(x2-36)
You can then simplify your denominator. The square root of 36 is 6. If you know the term taking the difference of two squares, you'll end up getting this:
X(x-6)(x+6)
So you have this:
(X-4)(x+5)/x(x+6)(x-6)
From there, can you find x?
