Well for the first one, you'd have to subtract 13 from both sides, so you'd get y=-3 as your answer.

The second one would be x=12 because by adding the 3 to both sides, you'd cancel out the -3 and the 9 would become 12.

The last one would be false because to solve 3y=12, you'd have to cancel out the 3 by dividing 3 to both sides which leaves you with y=4 :)
