I think you might get helpful responses if you'd please: (1) explain what you have already done (showing your work), so that those trying to help you don't have to start from scratch and may be reminded of what needs to be done to solve this problem. (2) define "y-component reaction force at Point A." Certainly I see that there's torque at Point A, because of the variety of forces acting on the bar, and the distances (moment arms) that those forces are located from Point A are given. Were you able to explain this "y-comp. react. force," I might be in a better position to understand what is sought from you here.
