Any ideas?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
no i really need help
OpenStudy (anonymous):
anything to do with buying. selling or manufacturing involves constraints. there isn't an infinite amount of anything! except numbers
OpenStudy (anonymous):
can you explain in an algebra sense
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
Do know what a "constraint" means?

I also need help with this
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
It is a "restriction" that a value of a variable cannot have such as 0 in the expression 1/x.

thank you!

What type of solutions do the methods for solving systems of equations find?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@skullpatrol do you have an example please
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@skullpatrol sorry i'm having trouble finding out how to use it
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
Division by 0 is undefined.
OpenStudy (skullpatrol):
In a real world situation,
if I divide something into 2 equal pieces means you get 1/2 and I get 1/2.
If I divide something by 1 then that means I have not changed it at all.
If I "divide" something by 0 it has no meaning.
Therefore, when using division we must restrict, or put a constraint on
division by 0.
