If fluorine's boiling and melting point is below room temperature would it be a gas or a liquid? And what if the boiling point was above, and the melting point was below room temperature?

If fluorine's boiling and melting point is below room temperature, then AT room temperature it would have melted and evaporated, making it a gas. If the boiling point was above and the melting point below, then AT room temperature it would have melted but not yet boiled, so it would be a liquid in this case.
