HOW DO I SOLVE ((K+6)/(K+3))>1. PLEASE SHOW DETAILS.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

((K+6)/(k+3)>1 Cross multiply K+6>k+3 K-k+3>0 Where k is cancelled out So in this case since k is found at both numerator and denominator If k=0 2>1 The lesser the value of k the higher it gets If k=-2.99 301>1 K cant be -3 the denominator will be zero making it undefined. And as the higher the k .. The value equals to 1 If k=100000 youll get something a little bit greater than one It wont be equal to one as k gets higher but only gets closer to it. "asymptotic" So the values of k K>3

K>-3 I should say sorry
