So I have a question: Find the area bounded by x = (Y^2)-1 and the y axis. I know I am suppose to solve this with a calculator, or I can. but when I changed the values y = x and then x = y, I get a parabola, how am I suppose to solve that? I think I may be wrong, I was suppose to solve for the y, which would equal to (x+1)^(1/2) But I am still lacking something, how to solve it by hand, or should I even? Any input is appreciated.
