Anyone here know how to use wolfram Alpha?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you need to use it for?

OpenStudy (nottim):

I'm trying to graph something between the interval of x=0 and x=3

OpenStudy (nottim):

But Wolfram Alpha resists. I could also work with x=-3 to x=3

OpenStudy (nottim):

Here's the items I posted: plot t^3/3-3t^2/2+2t from x=0 to 2.5 plot t^2-3t+2 from x=0 to 2.5 graph 2t-3 at x=0 to 2.5

OpenStudy (nottim):

Always inconsistent.

Wolframalpha doesnt do too good with graphs...if you're looking to graph something, there are other sites.

http://www.mathsisfun.com/data/grapher-equation.html This site helped me with graphing when I was doing math.

OpenStudy (nottim):

No no, my uni prof wants this specifically But thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh o.O hm...If I find anything Ill let you know.

OpenStudy (nottim):

Thanks.

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=graph+2t-3+at+x%3D0+to+2.5&dataset= Is this what you came up with?

OpenStudy (nottim):

Yeah, same darn scale. Wolfram, you sly dog...

OpenStudy (nottim):

WolframAlpha, the most powerful computational engine, yet still trips on simple graphing.
