The Sixth Amendment says that a person who is accused of a crime has the right to a jury trial. In a jury trial, regular citizens determine if the accused person is guilty or not guilty. Which of the following might happen if citizens did not have this right? The government might be able to send an accused person to jail for unfair reasons. It might be easier for suspects who are guilty of crimes to win their cases and go free. Police might not be able to arrest suspects for crimes, even if they had proper evidence. It might be impossible to keep records of everything that was said during the course of a trial.

A. Without A trial, falsely accused people could never clear their name. If some dude stole an expensive item and then ran out of the store and threw it at you, the cops would see you with that item and you could receive punishment for stealing that item. With a trial, little things can be cleared up and show who really did the crime.
I agree. Also, If you arrest the first person you see then if that person is innocent and isn't given the chance to prove it then what was the point of arresting them and charging them if the guy who is killing people still out there. You didn't do anything to protect people.
So I would say A
