i am doing ps2 i completed first part of the problem but not getting proper idea of how to derive 56,57...65 from 50 ,51..55 Mcnuggets, please help

From your question, I can't tell if you already have some idea for a possible solution but can't describe it formally, or if you're completely lost. Not having a mathematical background, I think I lack the required rigor for the former as well, but I can help putting you on the right track if you're in the latter situation. At this point in the PS you're supposed to have shown it's possible to buy 50 to 55 nuggets. That is, you've found that it's possible to buy 6 consecutive sets of nuggets (alright this is badly worded but you know what I mean). 6. That happens to be the size of one of the nuggets pack... ;) I think that if you had to describe it more formally, you'd have to think about multiples.

OpenStudy (rbx):

For 56 nuggets, if you know how to buy 50, you need to buy a pack of 6. For 57 nuggets, if you know how to buy 51, you need to buy a pack of 6. For 61 nuggets, if you know how to buy 55, you need to buy a pack of 6. For 62 nuggets, if you know how to buy 53, you need to buy a pack of 9. For 63 nuggets, if you know how to buy 54, you need to buy a pack of 9. For 64 nuggets, if you know how to buy 55, you need to buy a pack of 9. For 65 nuggets, if you know how to buy 50, you need to buy a pack of 15.
