please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not understand the wording of this question I don't need help with getting the answer I just need to figure out what to do. Find two sets of coordinates for two lines that when drawn create a pair of lines. Show the lines are either parallel or not parallel by showing your work with the slope formula for each line. Then, write an equation of a line parallel to one of the lines in slope-intercept form that contains the point (1,-3). You must show all work and steps to receive credit

some one please help I have no clue of what this even mean

OpenStudy (amistre64):

define 2 lines ... and determine 2 points on each line .... then the rest is busy work

OpenStudy (amistre64):

it looks like they want you to .. define 2 random (x,y) points find the slope between them use point slope for to define the line do it again for 2 other points ... are the lines you formed parallel or not? make a line parallel to one of them that goes thru a given point

now I get it thanks for breaking it down
