No, it isn't. Graph of \(y=-3\cos4x\) looks like the graph of \(y=\cos x\) with the following changes: 1) it wiggles 4x as often, so there are 4 complete cycles between \(x=0 \text{ and } x=2\pi\) 2) it is inverted (negative where the other is positive, and vice versa) 3) scaled vertically by a factor of 3 (oscillátes between a value of 3 and -3 instead of 1 and -1)

@sky577 what you posted is a graph of a straight line, \(y=k\) where \(k\) is a constant. I assume you just attached the wrong file, but if you think that really is the correct answer, we need to talk :-)
