Steve gets $100 a week, plus 15% of sales. Which equation best represents his salary?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Steve gets $100 no matter how much he sells. So, $100 is part of the equation. He only gets 15% of the sales, not the entire thing. Let's call sells "s". \[(s*0.15)\] shows us how much money Steve got from sells. Let's add that $100 into the picture. \[100+(s*0.15)=t\] (t is the total amount of money Steve made). Does this make sense, @caroline323 ?
