how do I find the x intercept for y=3+1/(x+2)^2?

OpenStudy (phi):

the x-intercepts are when y=0 for \[ y= 3 + \frac{1}{(x+2)^2} \] notice that the fraction is NEVER negative. 3 + a positive number is never going to be 0 in other words y never = 0

Yeah I get that, but how would you solve it?
