Am I right? I think it's B. Please help! /: Which statement best describes scientific laws? Scientific laws are the result of testing theories and proving them to be facts. Scientific laws interpret and explain natural events. Scientific laws describe phenomenon that can be observed in nature. Scientific laws explain scientists' opinions of why events occur in nature.
Oops, just realized I was in math! /:
Scientific laws describe what we see in nature, not explain it.
It might be A too...Hmph.
So which one were you referring to in your first answer? Sorry. @iPwnBunnies
Yeah, it's the first thing I said. Can't you connect my sentence with one of your choices? At least do some work.
I am. Sorry, having a moment there. :P @iPwnBunnies
Thanks for the help man (: @iPwnBunnies
IN am not god at science, but... Scientific laws are the result of testing theories and proving them to be facts. TRUE Scientific laws interpret and explain natural events. What does this even mean??! Scientific laws describe phenomenon that can be observed in nature. scientific law is about anything. gravity is a scientific law, thermodynamics I and II are laws.... Scientific laws explain scientists' opinions of why events occur in nature. scientific law doesn't explain... it's the other way, opinion is something not necessarily TRUE, a law IS (for sure) TRUE Just my opinion :)
A is not the definition of the Law, but the statement is definitely true.
You will/did also see when you came/will come across a term "scientific observation"
Yes. Laws describe what happens, and there are theories that try to explain it.
Well, it kind of can be also B, but I wouldn't take B over A
No lol. Laws don't explain events.
The theory interprets and explains the law.
Well by definition not, but the events can be explained by scientific laws.
No lol. The laws describe events, which is the definition.
I am not going to argue in science, that's not my best area... I would in math :)
