I'd like to begin by asking that you please explain what "rational zeros" means to you. Once you understand this definition, it'll be easier to actually find your rational zeros.

written in descending order of the exponents, has integer coefficients, then any rational zero must be of the form ± p/ q, where p is a factor of the constant term and q is a factor of the leading coefficient.

High school math doesn't teach how to solve an equation of 4th power. I advise you to graph this f(x) with a graphing calculator. It will give you the whole graph and all roots' values.
