3e^(-2x+2)=6

@kropot72

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3(e^(-2x)*e^(2))=6 (e^(-2x)*e^(2)=2 and then i do not know

OpenStudy (kropot72):

\[3e ^{(-2x+2)}=6\] Dividing both sides by 3 gives: \[e ^{(-2x+2)}=2\] Therefore by the laws of logarithms: \[\ln 2=-2x+2\] Can you solve for x now?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x=.65426 thank you, just checking asnwer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is that correect?

OpenStudy (kropot72):

My calculation gives x = 0.653426

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oops. yes , typo. thanks dude. Have a good day

OpenStudy (kropot72):
