To make ax^2 +bx a perfect square, add the term ( b^2 / (4a) )
Here the expression is x^2 + 4x
compare it to ax^2 + bx.
a = 1, b = 4
add the term ( b^2 / (4a) ).
Just plug in a = 1, b = 4
