Which is the equation of the line? A. -8x-6y=-48 B. -8x-6y=48 C. -6x-8y=-48 D. -6x-8y=48

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know how to put them into slope/intercept form?

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

no my teacher didn't show me.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

AAWWW MY MAN Ok so the formula is really simple dont freak out i will explain it. the forula is y=mx+b. As you can see there is an "x" and a "y" in the formula. The "y" is alone by itself and thats how it should be. So in the equations they give you , you have to bring all the numbers to the side of the x to leave y alone. Can you do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

am i right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is idk mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lemme check

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

so for y would you put a 0 for y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually akshay i think its "d"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well first you subtract the "x" with whatever number it has to the other side, so you are left with "Y", but "y" has a number in front of it so you need to divide the number by both sides to get it to the other side, then you should get a fraction and a normal number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

btw do you know how to mention people in the commentc?

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

yes you put a "@" in front of the username

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sweet thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@akshay1234

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

np :)

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

the answer is d!! i got thanks so much :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):
