its b because a shouldnt have the italiclized and c should have had the name of the exspress italiclized.

well the w in the beginning of the scentance is capitalised so thats good, and the name of the station is capitalised so thats good and its in quotes so thats good there is nothing wrong with b. at least that i can see.
