Means plug in the x or y after isolating into one of the variables. You can plug in the section equation in your first, so where is in your first equation you can plug in "-y+2" since that's what x equals.

There is no solution. The end result is -y+2+y=6. The -y and positive y cancel out, leaving the answer to be 2=6, also known as "no solution"
