You're right! That gives the location.

When you talk about "unbalanced force," it just means you have one or more forces, and they don't cancel out.

If you think balanced, think like a seesaw. It's balanced or it's not. A parent will be heavier than a child, so the seesaw would be unbalanced if the just sat. If two people of the same weight sat, it would be balanced. You need equal weight (actually torque) on both sides. With forces, you need equal force in each direction. You'll probably get to that soon.
