OpenStudy (atlas):

can you tell the equation of the given line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

she's correct

OpenStudy (nirmalnema):

equation of the given line = y=5/2 and its slope = -a/b a=0(coef.. of x) b=1(coef.. of y) therefore slope = 0 line parallel to this also have same slope.. equation of that line = y-y1=slope(x-x1) y-(-1)=0(x-3) y+1=0 y=-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So i was correct ? thanks :) so i have to find the slope then plug in the x&y values , along with slope into this equation ,y-y1=M(x-x1) , and solve for y?

OpenStudy (nirmalnema):

ya.....
