can someone please help me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Solve the quadratic inequality. write the solution set in interval notation X^2-9x+18>0

OpenStudy (paki):

just use the quadratic formula and solve...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but how would you write it in interval notation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im confused

OpenStudy (paki):

here a=1... b=-9... c=18... now put in the formula and solve..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know how to write it in the quadratic formula I just dont understand how you will put it in interval notation

OpenStudy (paki):

i am not getting you... what you want to say...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says to put it in interval notation how would i do that

OpenStudy (paki):

ahhh sorry... its simple... when you will solve the quadratic formula, you will get 2 values... just write them as (12,3/4) here i have written these values as supposition... you will write the exact values you obtained... ok... that's all...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for my final answer i got \[-1\pm9 \sqrt{1}\] is that correct

OpenStudy (paki):

i dont know,,, here at this time, i have no page and pen... so if you put the values rite and also your calculation is ok. then it will be rite one....
