im thinking its log a-log b but im not sure

log(a)-log(b)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Proof-Let log a = m and log b = n => 10^m = a and 10^n = b a/b = 10^m / 10^n = 10^(m-n) => log(a/b) = m-n Now because m = log a and n = log b we get that log(a/b) = log a - log b which was to be demonstrated.
