German: Hi, I am needing help with listing items in Deutsch. In English, I would write out a list like this: First I drove to school, then I studied my German vocabulary, and finally I ate lunch. How would you list this in German? (What about the Oxford Comma?)

Zuerst bin ich nach Uni gefahren, denn habe ich meines deutsches Vokabular gelernt, schließlich habe ich Mittagessen gegessen. Would this be correct, or am I way off?

Note I am not a German native speaker. What I would write: Zuerst bin ich ZUR Uni gefahren, dAnn habe ich MEIN deutsches Vokabular gelernt, und schließlich habe ich ZU Mittag gegessen. I will try to find more information on this.

Hi again. This is a quite comprehensive discussion on the 'nach' vs 'zu' topic. http://canoo.net/blog/2008/03/03/155/
