I agree with Princezz on the first one being (B) though with reservations. Both actions would be catalysts for the wider breakout of WW2 but while Japanese aggression was loudly condemned in the League of Nations it didn't lead directly to WW2 the way Nazi Germany's invasion of Poland would (and Japan's attack on 1940 would invite). Great Britain wasn't knocked out of the war the way France was, Munich occurred before the German invasion, and Yalta occurred months before the end of the war in Europe. For the second one, everything is false except for one thing -- it limited the size of their army to only 100,000 and gutted the navy. So I'd go with (D). Germany lost its colonies, the Kaiser abdicated the throne ending the monarchy, and Germany was actually a part of the League until Nazi Germany withdrew years later.
