OpenStudy (aravindg):

Can anyone provide me with useful material for "concept of cell and energy cycle"? It can be a video/tutorial/essay/anything useful. It will be better if the information is more compact :)

OpenStudy (aravindg):

@shrutipande9

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

umm...what do u need exactly? how d energy is utilized or formed? or something else?

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

http://faculty.fmcc.suny.edu/mcdarby/Majors101Book/Chapter_04-Cell_Structure&Function/04-cells&energy.htm i think this will help u....but ill find some links which tell u everything in a gist

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Actually I am preparing for an objective exam. It has some extra topics from ordinary ones and in the syllabus its mentioned "concept of cell and energy cycle".

OpenStudy (aravindg):

haha even I got that link using google. I was expecting something more compact yet informative. As u see in that link There are no figures so I can't understand which part of cell they are referring to.

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

yes..i m trying to find u a better link...try searching on tata mcgrawhill

OpenStudy (aravindg):

No idea how to do that.

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

http://vcell.ndsu.nodak.edu/animations/ see this..

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

but still it is huge...because the topic u r asking for includes how energy is produced=photosynthesis, how made into ATP=cellular respiration, how used up...so yes its huge

OpenStudy (aravindg):

It doesnt have an animation on cell. I mean the basic parts and all.

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

http://bcs.whfreeman.com/thelifewire/content/chp04/0402001.html this is in general what is a cell...(eukaryotic)

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Let me see.

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

ok if this doesnt help then let me know...

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Not the kind of animation I expected.

OpenStudy (aravindg):

:/

OpenStudy (aravindg):

oh wait..it is interactive XD Thanks!

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):
