No problem! I just know that President Kennedy had a good reputation, and since the only positive answer through these is D, its my best guess! I figured you might want some reasoning.
I agree with Mantis_Crick. That's a really good guess! Kennedy made one of his best speeches while visiting West Berlin promoting solidarity with the Berliners there and provocatively challenging the Soviets at the same time. It was a really big deal at the time and everyone was surprised by how forceful and passionate he was. If you google "ich bin ein Berliner" you'll see a ton of references to this speech in the search results.
