What does William Wordsworth mean by "dances with the daffodils" in the following bolded lines?

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

For oft, when on my couch I lie In vacant or in pensive mood, They flash upon that inward eye Which is the bliss of solitude; (And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils.) Bolded He has to go to that field every time he wants to be happy. The memory of the daffodils can bring him happiness. Happiness is a state of mind that is never really real. There is no way to be truly happy without flowers nearby. @texaschic101 @xoalybabyxo

Select the best example of a summary for the poem, "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud." Wordsworth did not know anything about nature until he stumbled upon a field of daffodils. There, he learned how to become a poet. Wordsworth often felt lonely, and he needed to look at flowers to feel happy again. When there were no flowers, he felt lonely once more. Wordsworth went on a walk and found ten thousand daffodils. They looked like they were dancing in the breeze that blew them around. Wordsworth felt lonely until he saw some beautiful daffodils. Now, when he is lonely again, he simply has to think of the daffodils to feel better. I think this one is d

What does William Wordsworth mean by "lonely as a cloud" in the following line? I wandered lonely as a cloud He was learning about the weather by watching clouds. He felt as lonely as a cloud that has nowhere to go. He had become lost on his journey across the fields. He knew it was going to rain soon and had no umbrella.
