Can someone double-check my answer? Find the sum of a finite geometric sequence from n = 1 to n = 5, using the expression −3(4)^n − 1. I got -1023 by substituting the numbers 1-5 into the equation getting -3,-12,-48,-192,and -768 which i added to get the -1023. That IS how you solve it right???
