@nikato

OpenStudy (nikato):

the easiest way to find some points. you can plug in 0,1,2,3 for x and solve for y then plot those points and see which graph ot looks like

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you show me how to do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nikato ?

OpenStudy (nikato):

ok. plug in 0 into t he function what do you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for y or x?

OpenStudy (nikato):

plug in 0 for x. and what would you get for y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 1.4422.... @nikato

OpenStudy (nikato):

yes. with this, you know one of the point is (0,1..44..) you can easily eliminate two of the graphs. and plug in 4 for x and solve for y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 1.912... so its B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nikato

OpenStudy (nikato):

yup. thats the only graph that contains those 2 points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks :)

OpenStudy (nikato):

no problem
