(7-5)!

OpenStudy (primeralph):

2!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it really? what does the"!" mean then?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

The '!' means "factorial" It is where you take a number and multiply it by every number smaller than itself... e.g. 4! = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 10! = 10 x 9 x 8 x 7 x 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 Etc... So where we have \[\large (7 - 5)!\] That means \[\large (2)!\] so that means \[\large 2! = 2 \times 1 = 2\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay thanks

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

No problem!

OpenStudy (primeralph):
