OpenStudy (jessicawade):

Does anyone speak french in here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

je fais! (I do)

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

cool can you check my homework?

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

@starrhunter

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

You need to correct the 'je' conjugation on a couple of them. The last one, you need the verb 'perdre' as you have to use -re verbs. ^^that is what my teacher said^^^ On vend des pâtisseries dans une boulangerie. Oui, je répond aux questions en classe. Les personnes attendent le train pour aller à un autre endroit. Je rend visite à mes amis le weekend. Elle entend la musique dans la maison Je gagne mon match de tennis.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Um petit peu, je crois.

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

its annoying me lol my teacher wont help me hands on i domt understand how to fix it

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

1 is good

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Double check 3 and 5 ;3

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

would it be attendre and entendre?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

2. reponds

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

what is the 'je" conjugation?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

je means I

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

it usually ends in an s.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Oui, je réponds aux questions en classe.

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

she said i need to correct the "je' conguations lol im more confused than a chameleon in a bag of skittles >_<

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

attendre means to wait entendre means to hear

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

what is the last one with perdre in it?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

What she said makes sense. The je conjugation is the first person conjugation, or I. That is what is wrong with 2.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

3 is good

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

so number 2 fixed is Oui, je responds aux questions en classe?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

réponds

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

For 1. No s before the p, but s at the end.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

In 4, again, be careful with the je form. It's: Je rends. Notice the s at the end.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

5 is good

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

6 is good. Gagner is not a -re verb, so it does not have an s at the end of the je form. You have it correct.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

6 with perdre is: Je perds mon match de tennis.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Once again, perdre is an -re verb, so you see again the s at the end of the je form.

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

so 6 is Je perds mon match de tennis?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

yes

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

sweet! thanks
