(NOBODY ELSE WILL HELP ME PLEASE JUST TAKE THE TIME TO HELP) A drug company developed a new over-the-counter drug for pain, and the company advertised it with the phrase, "10 out of 10 doctors recommend it". What question would be good to ask about this claim? I. How much of the drug is needed to be effective? II. How many doctors were actually surveyed? III. What color is the new drug? A. I. only B. III. only C. II. only D. II. and III.

So if 10 out of 10 doctors recommended it then it's pretty much recommended by everyone, however if only 10 doctors were asked then the percentage of doctors that really recommended it could be a lot lower. Number three should not matter because honestly, what does it matter? Number one is important because it provides the dosage but You don't need it to question the claim they made.
