the radius is part of the diameter, it carries the same dimensions .... or some converted dimension

if we know the radius (or half the diameter) then there are formulas that are memorized for the circumference and area.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

otherwise, im sure you dont have the skills needed to do calculus, but even then the radius would have to be known to start with.
