Lol well you have the right idea. Yes, it has to do with "two". Two means more than one, so that means that the word has to be plural. "Hair" is only referring to one hair, so this one wouldn't work. "Heir" means a person who inherits or has a right of inheritance in the property of another following the latter's death. So that one wouldn't work...It would be weird to find a heir in a glass of milk o-O "Hairs" is plural, it makes sense when you say it out loud, and it makes sense in the sentence. Both A and B wouldn't work because A wasn't correct. I hope this helped. I'm kinda tired so I'm not exactly sure of what I'm saying o-o :P
