no just tells me to simipfly

yeah just in case for another problems please

I only simplified the positive exponents: (16y^9)^-3(5xy^6) (4^(2)y^(9))^(-3)(5xy^(6)) Squaring a number is the same as multiplying the number by itself (4*4). ((4*4y^(9)))^(-3)(5xy^(6)) Multiply 4 by 4 to get 16. (16y^(9))^(-3)(5xy^(6))

I think that is what they want. I'm not 100% sure though.
