"if the first woman God ever made was strong enough to turn the world upside down all alone," (line 29) is an example of a A. allusion B. metaphor C. personification D. metaphor E. simile I think it's D but I'm not positive.
I'd guess A, since it is an image of something that is not really gonna happen. It wont be D since its not a comparison or likelihood. Not sure why there are two metaphors though.
Sorry I meant to write hyperbole for B
Then the answer is B :) You can think of a hyperbole as a very big exaggeration! The line is suggestion that the woman is strong (mentally or physically) but we also know that no one can actually turn the world upside down.
Then I'd say it's hyperbole, since it is an exaggeration
Thanks guys! :)

@ManImStumped and @AltCode Can you guys please help me with one more?
I will
Okay thankk you @Dbzfan836 :) This is the question
Um well first I do not understand the dialogue. I'm sorry. Second, out of what I read, it should be against.
I don't understand it either :/
Well, you'll have to write an essay defending/going against Tom's speech/view on the social order. I'm guessing from the passage that he doesn't like the order of authority (cops) and wants what this guy, Jim Casy, told him about, when the men could organize themselves without being told what to do. Do you agree or disagree? Find your position, then defend it with examples. I've never read The Grapes of Wrath, so I can't really help you more than that. Hope it was enough though :)
