It is due to Torque which is XFy - YFx , so there should be angular velocity determines the rate of changing the angle per time w = d theta/dt. think of two bodies A&B in space such that A and b have the same force same momentum same mass and they are tied together with a rope,then body A combine with additional mass without changing its direction.Now B is faster than A and B want to take longer path than A ,but rope makes tension and resists B from going in a straight line.Thus torque will accrue and B will rotate (change it's components with time). As a result both will rotate around each other and that's how things rotate or just like that cow |dw:1401898203270:dw|
