Please Help!!! Will Medal!! You have a 3-card deck containing a king, a queen, and a jack. You draw a random card, put it back, and draw a second random card. What is the probability that you draw exactly 1 jack? You buy a Picnic Egg Box at random and select an egg from it at random. Use a probability tree diagram to calculate the probability that the egg is gold.

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

P(1 Jack) = P(jack, not jack) + P(not jack, jack) an easy way to show the options is with a tree diagram |dw:1401342729487:dw| so how many outcomes are possible.... and how many contain only 1 jack... hope it helps
