Three vertices of a rectangle are given. Find the coordinates of the fourth vertex. (–3, –3), (7, –3), (7, 2) A. (2, –3) B. (3, 2) C. (3, –2) D. (–3, 2)

OpenStudy (shubhamsrg):

Use the fact that the diagnols of a rectangle bisect each other. See if this helps.

If u carefully look at the coordinates given and mark them roughly on a paper...you will realise that the coordinate is (2,-3)

Thank you

OpenStudy (shubhamsrg):

Actually, (2.-3) isn;t right. :3 Though your approach is correct. We can solve it without doing any calculations by simply plotting roughly.

Ya...really sorry......I reversed it by mistake...(-3,2)
